This has gone on their '86 Komet T25

Is this likely to be just the pump bellows/siphon system?

if it has pedal switch on the floor they rust badly, if it has tap switch, they rust badly, and the wiring is pretty poorly done, case of check continuity and switching and pump and cleanliness of pipe work
