Syncro diesel question

What length are the 2 M10 bolts that secure the rear end of the engine protection bars ?

A guess would be 70mm

Same here! Got a bit frozen out there as the last hailsquall hit at nightfall, picked up my bits & bobs and ran for it again. Many thanks Andy, at least you know roughly where London is now (sortof :D )

I don't need to know, as long as that irrating voice in tomtom knows, i will get where ever i am going (unless i am in the syncro).

Syncroandy,
as my protection rails/sumpguard is/are standing in the car port at present I have been and measured the bolts. They are 60mm long (plus the heads) but I am sure they are 12mm diameter.

These are the ones which connect to the engine mounting tubes and point upwards & inwards at 45 degrees.

Correct they're 19mm hex heads and M12s, if too long can't get them in from behind - anchor nuts would be handy for these, always a bit of a fiddle
