I have original style doorcard clips fitted to my ply interior panels but finding when trying to fit them they're not locking in tight and keep springing off. Can you get longer ones or any suggestions please.

I’m in the middle of fitting plywood panel, i did get some new clips did a test fit but found the new clips to be very poor quality also the plywood panels brought pre cut needed a lot of sanding to get them to fit well when covered in vinyl.
I removed all the old original VW clips from the old door cards and they hold the cards perfectly.
 

I had the same issue I used the tree type clips instead of the clip in type pretty good
