Going to fit new interior foam and vinyl plywood panels. Would you recommend putting a plastic sheet vapour barrier between the panels and the body of the van. I have fully insulated all the cavities already.

yes, recommended, especially if the insulation can absorb and hold water

Yep. Try to make sure you tape down all the edges properly.

I've used self adhesive foil backed foam and topped off with the diall loft insulation made from recycled plastic bottles from b&q.
