Clear photo of indicator/headlight stalk switch internal components!

Hi my dipped lights weren’t working after flickering off whilst driving and occasionally working after switching to main beam and back a few time. I have tried to open the switch for that stalk and clean the metal contacts . But as There is a plastic component with is a white/cream U shape and an upright cylinder at one end which I can’t for the life of me figure out how it was positioned before I took it apart! Does anyone have a clear picture of where it sits please?
