seat belts in the back of a gypo, can it be done?

as there are only two seats up front, is it possible for there to be seat belts in the back?

They've usually got belts in the back..well mine did anyway...i'm sure BusBuddy put some pics up showing the mounting points.

I thought that but it's not the norm apparently, optional extra, 4 people came and looked at the seatbelts during dubfreeze so I guess most don't have them.
I will be at bustypes so just poke your head in if you wanna look
