Reusing Flywheel Bolts

So discovered it's not a good idea...
After having the engine out (1.9 DG) to sort out the exhaust studs, decided to replace clutch plates, and have a general check-over of other things like flywheel.
On reassembling and firing up, I had an awful metal clicking sound. Used the hose trick to identify the noise was coming from the clutch area so took engine back out last night and noticed flywheel was a bit wobbly. All five flywheel bolts looked like this:
