High top - what weight can I put on roof

I have a 1991 T25 high top auto sleeper.
it has a little storage area on top with rail, but seems a little flimsy.
what weight could I put on this space.
I would like to put a 17kg bag up there.
can it take the weight?

I clean my roof sitting on the bars. I’m heavy.

That is how I carry our awning, I got a large plastic box with lid that will take the awning, then strap it to the bars
