right guys so fitted the aef engine into the van originally a petrol van
been driving it last 2 days, felt fine ,then tonight on way home van started to lose power then was ok and this happened a few times en route home,kinda like fuel issues ,then on inspection injectors 1&3 had diesel on the bottom as if its leaking then seen diesel dripping from engine,
so 1.could this be making the engine drive rough at time(drawing air)
if not what would be the likely culprit for this issue of the engine driving fine then suddenly lose power and stutter ???
 

split rubber return pipes perhaps ?

Thanks for reply I went out bought new return pipe as 2 were weeping so changed them and found a few other problems...the thermo calve on fuel filter has no clup or oring so maybe that would cause air leak and make engine perform like it was ??
