Replacing o ring and bush on throttle arm. Help!

Hi everyone, I have a slow diesel leak from my throttle arm that I want to fix on my 1.7ky engine. I have been advised to change the o ring and bush underneath the throttle arm so I have the parts. Can anyone offer any advice or point me to a how to guide?? Thanks in advance.
