help on poptop repair

I am look to buy a pop top the roof has a crack on the passanger side i need some help to find out how much it will cost to repair and were i can get it done i live in south cumbria. 
What's it made of? Fibreglass?
I'm near Grange - where are you? I could take a look if you want...
