Fan for heater no longer working after removing dash

Hi all,

Took dash out to replace wiper system and on putting back together the fan switch is no longer operable, I get nothing when I move the dial. Was working fine before I took dash out so at a loss, as this was one of the only switches that I didn't have to disconnect in order to remove dash. Very frustrated and looking for any advice on where to look now.

Have checked the fuse. I cannot see where the earth would be for the motor.

Any advice appreciated

Thanks

I'm trying, trouble is I cannot locate the earth as I have no visibility of earth cable coming from fan. Not without dragging dash back out again :(

I've also checked voltage on switch and that is fine.

I think it comes out of the fan on the left side of the dash , pull the gloveboxout

The plot thickens. So being slightly stupid as this was the first switch I put back i assumed it was the one I would normally use as the blower, it's not, there two and in fact this has never worked. I'm not even sure what it's for and now I'm curious as to why I doesn't work and what it does. I'll take a photo.
.thank you for your help.

So it's the one of the left that doesn't work. I guess there might be a sperate blower for feet?

That’s for a rear under seat blower
