I’m looking at buying a good drive-away awning for the van and was essentially looking for recommendations as I know nothing about them!

I need one with 2 sleeping compartments, a single and a double but apart from that, I’m flexible.

It’s first outing will be in the back garden as it’s probably the safest place to try it out first!!

I have two, one that came with the camper and another I bought on Ebay,  if you intend to camp then leave the awning behind when driving out and about the driveaway options are the best but not essential as others can be adapted.  Most allow a connection to the sliding door via the gutter so that there is direct entry to and fro.  You need to ensure they do not snag on opening and closing of the side door, and that there are fitments suitable for the gutters or the van itself.
