Hey guys. Hoping that someone might know what this is? (circled in red). 1.6TD Westy California. I might be in the market for a replacement before it rusts out completely! Thanks to anyone who has a minute to look. I'm a newbie trying to learn some more as I go. Tried looking through manuals but couldn't identify this particular part:
