2E3 or not 2E3 that is the question

Hi all
Trying to adjust my carb but dont know exactly which it is.Image
High emissions from it ,only just passed last years mot.
(Last owner) have been lucky as was due beginning of this month now 1 January :rollin
After taking automatic choke off ( marked position) and following the Haynes manual, sorry, Trying to follow the HM. It describes how to correct gap on flap is to use vacuum diaphragm adjustment screw. Searching the HM for this and trying flat head and cross in hole at back I gave in and went to youtube. Eventually found out it's an Allen key head, duh.
Lucky this happened as in the video it said you could suck on tube connected to pull the lever in and close the gap. I did but no vacuum so I guess I have to order a replacement. As I am a novice just need to know if this carb is a 2E3 and should I order and replace both diaphragms (1 at the back also).
Thank you
Peter

It would have been a 2e3 originally, it will have a part number starting 025 on the carb .

there is a big old thread in technical about these and how to set the, up , as well as a couple of very good you tube channels as you maybe found .

Hi Steve
Yeh the first one you sent me was the one I got the suggestion of sucking the tube.
The second I,m getting "access denied" is there a way around that.
Also does the 025 mean it is a 2E3
Thanks for your info
Peter
