Just found 2 of these after having a sort out but can't remember buying them. My guess is they are voltage regulators or speed regulators. But I am pretty clueless when it comes to electrickery.

If you don’t need the PWM controllers I’ll take them off your hands , alway handy for projects

Shame I cut all the locks off You can have the PWMs mate.
