Does anybody have a diagram or picture of the correct way to attach the accelerator cable to the Brosol 2E3 Carb on a 1.9DG? Pulling my hair out trying to figure it out and can't find anything online...no doubt it's simple enough but I can't figure it out..

As ever any help would be gratefully appreciated.

assuming it is the same as original it loops over the top of the cam in the groove and then the lead head on the cable pops onto the plate like a bike brake cable end, so rotate the cam forward so you can fit it with a bit of slack in the cable; there should be a clip to pop on to stop the cable springing off when lifting off the pedal at full revs as the spring on the carb releases quicker than the cable - if the clip is fitted already remove it to fit cable then refit
