Hi all. I’m trying to source replacements for the 2 air deflecting board/card things which are located behind the upper front grille either side of the front air intake on a single round light van.
I would try to make some more but not sure what they are made from/of.
Does anyone else know either what they are called, what they’re made from and/or if and they here I could buy some more please?

I used 6mm plywood paint black. There's another at base of radiator.

any one know the dimensions for these

Unfortunately they aren’t what I’m asking about bud.
I refer to the black card type pieces which are located to the inside of each headlight and beside the central fresh air intake behind the upper grille.

No the bits the man wants are the two bits of special vw black card that are fixed to the inside of the headlight grill
I’m sure someone once published the plan to make your own, but I can’t find it now

I still have mine behind the top grill but apparently not needed on a wbx. Wind baffles i think.

NO They are the radiator shroud cards, it’s the ones attached to the grill we are looking for

As there not a particular shape why not just cut something to size e.g. for sale sign painted black?
