i there it barney rubble i have a problem and need some help just done my brakes new discs pads new slave rear shoes ok adjusted bleed brakes started the engine and press the brake and the engine start to want to cut out. thanks

My guess is air leak on brake servo hose or servo its self

h havese the non return valve by any chance . if it is the servo does the dash have to come out .thanks

You don’t say what engine .... So I will assume it’s a WBX , the non return for the servo vac pipe is in the engine bay just before the firewall on the LHS .

It’s unlikely to be the non return valve at fault, more likely to be a disturbed junction or fitting
Should be easy to find , it’ll be hissing .
