Sliding window seal fitment

Hi there I've been reading the forum for the last 10 years and always found the answer to my questions until now.. I can't work out how to retro fit a middle sliding window to my t25, firstly I have no idea how to orientate the seal on the frame. My first test fit looks like this but don't know if this is back to front or inside out, any advice would be great. I have the thick slightly curved side of the seal on the outside face of the window.

Did you have window there originally? If so go on YouTube for threading in Windows with some soapy water. If you cut the hole out of a panel van, it won’t fit.

Make sure to have the windows with the drain holes at the bottom,
draining to the outside!
If you havent worked this out yet I could take a pic of mine,
the filler seal, thin strip, was on the outside,
the widow was removed into the van,
so suggest it goes back in from the inside.
I like the arbomast sealant,
particularly easy to clean up excess with white spirits
