Not sure where this connection goes?

Hi I have a 2.1 dj WBX. I have rebuilt the engine and put it back in the van. However, I have one wire that doesn’t seem to go anywhere, can anyone help? It is in the left hand side of the engine bay near ignition boxes, it is white with a green stripe and has a single spade connector at the end with a yellow plastic connector cover, please see photos below

Found this on another page, I have the green/white but no red wire..... The site talks about air con, my van does not have air con?

Yes, it is left free if no aircon fitted. It goes to the idle speed control unit to increase idle speed when the aircon is switched on.
It goes to connector T1b on the diagram
