LPG tank Q ... dodgy cheap option?

In the process of re-installing a used cooker & fridge in my T25 Holdsworth Villa 3 (possibly a heater too later) and considering the options for the gas supply.

I see a couple of offers on eBAY, a £230- 25 litre 10 kg underslung tank like thishttps://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/25Ltr-LPG-Au ... 4902.l9144 and many extras needed or:

for some £35 a kit to let you refill a bog standard gas bottle at an LPG garage https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/UK-Bayonet-L ... 0005.m1851

The latter seems to be a very cheap way of refilling with LPG. Somehow though it seems a bit dodgy and/or dangerous. Any thoughts/experience? If I had pots of money I'd look into a full conversion to multi-point LPG (I have a Subaru 2.5 conversion) and tap the cooker etc into that ... but not sure its a great use of funds just now. Well, I might think so but doubt the vote would get passed at the kitchen table.

The tank is good, the cheaper option is not good , the filling of other portable bottles is both illegal and frowned upon
And in many places you won’t get away with it on the fourcourt

Thanks, I sort of feel that too, but I've also seen
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/new-lpg-gas- ... SwQItT8e2L and https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Refillable-L ... SwWKpcoJ8S

The latter claim they are permitted. Both cost around £160. Then this very dear one at £560 https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Gaslow-R67-1 ... Swg8tZ71Nd which I get the impression are fairly common in full sized motorhomes.

The gas it ones are designed to be refilled , but even so you will need a external fill point fitted to be sure to get away with it on many forcourts.
The filling of non refillable bottles is iffy at best

Looked at this a few years ago but got put off by the implications of travelling to France and Europe. Would the refill bottle comply with regs? Ie- would you need a ticket for it? Or is it looked on as a normal bottle? @ nearly £30 refill it won’t take that long to justify.
