Hi
Does anyone have any photos of where how the Eberspacher is connected on a Profi?
Maybe over the gearbox under the seat??
Thanks
Simon

The fuel tank, how the hot air is delivered inside the van, how the exhaust leaves the unit, where the box is sited. From what I can tell the space used by Westfalia for the Eberspacher is used by Dehler for the 2 water tanks so presumably they had a different solution?

You only need a 5" x 4" space underneath the vehicle for the combustion air and exhaust pipes so a heater can go wherever it will fit internally and externally. You will need roughly 18" x 6" internally for a Webasto Air Top 2000 heater. Without knowing your particular internal furniture layout and clear spaces underneath it would be hard to suggest the best place.

Thanks, the spaces between the sills and the chassis rails are filled by the waste water tanks! I was hoping for feedback from a member who may have or have had one, ideally with pics! I would guess over the gearbox?

Just in case anyone else has a van without a heater fitted it does or at least can be fitted under the rear seat over the gearbox. I had a donor from a Westy but by removing one of the brackets and drilling the other was able to suspend it using 4 cotton reels. Not a practical solution for non Dehlers without the cutaway and no idea what the syncro versions did but quite a neat space saving solution....!
