Sweet jesus - £99 for this. I wish i had held on for three months and saved £80!
From the pictures it looks like it takes a 12v input (it has a transformer that converts from 240v). However, you will need to confirm this with ebuyer.....

They do similar models with a built in DVD player for around £150-£160.
I'm getting tempted now.

When I first followed the link on this thread delivery on TVs was free from Ebuyer but after I registered with them it isn't anymore.

Could do with more details on the negative aspects of buying from ebuyer.
Just been looking on Tesco Direct & a Venturer 15'' LCD TV/DVD Combo is
£169.97 + delivery. That's roughly the same price as ebuyer but how do the Venturer brand & the Vistron brand compare? Mind you they are both probably made in China just like the majority of cheaper TVs.

I finally settled for the Vistron Noire 15'' LCD TV/DVD Combo from Ebuyer. The final cost was £115.00 including delivery. The stated price was £125.00 but if you choose Google Checkout you get a £10.00 discount.

Free delivery took 2-3 working days.
Tried a DVD in it for about 10 minutes & sound/picture seem very good.
Need to get an analogue/Freeview aerial now & then sometime later get a small Freeview box.

Nice - thats an awesome price.
Did you have to do anything fancy to get the 12v working ?
I have stopped hooking up my DVD player to my inverter/tv and started using my video ipod. The quality of it is not bad on my 15". I can store loads of DVD's on it and its tiny......
Now i need a decent freeview box and to fit a permanent but unobtrusive ariel.... Not sure any of them work though.
