hi guys.
i seem to have a problem. my slider opens fine from the outside but refuses to open from inside. removed door card and when turning the handle the cable does not seem to move at all. any ideas ?

Probably the child lock. Open the slider from the outside and on the part of the door that goes up against the B pillar there is a small silver coloured lever around about the middle of the door which clicks up and down, whichever way it is, click it the opposite and that should enable the door to be opened from the inside. If you dont have the lever then its something else.
