Good evening guys/gals,

I recently bought another T25 (1.9 WC Panel van this time) and noticed this evening that the coolant expansion tank and overflow tank are both empty/bone dry.

No obvious signs of a leak, no signs of HG failure, just empty! I did notice that the cap for the overflow bottle had come off so could possibly/probably be the cause.

Now, my daft question is, do I fill it from the overflow tank or the actual expansion tank? The red light on the dash is blinking but I can only assume that’s due to the lack of coolant in the system.

Fill the header tankto the brim then the top up tank to the max mark

You will be needing to bleed the system and find out where the coolant went as a matter of urgency
