T25 Sliding door window keeps splintering

Hi
I have a problem with the window on the sliding door of my T25. I've replaced it twice and each time it cracks/splinters in the same way (see attached photo). I'm thinking it may be due to the door flexing when closing?
Could i use a perspex window to solve this or is there away of bracing the door better to stop it flexing.
Any suggestions appreciated
Cheers

indeed it did work! well done!
i would say that your window hole is too small for the window, too tight a fit?
assuming you are using proper auto window glass?
you could use perspex, but its not the best solution imho

He isn't, toughened glass would not only be stronger, but would break into tiny pieces instead of cracking

Standard glass should never be used for automotive purposes. Before getting toughened glass made (it cannot be cut to size yourself), make sure the dimensions are correct and not too tight as suggested.
Standard perspex also suffers from the problem of having sharp edges when broken eg in an accident, so if going down the plastic route then polycarbonate is needed (Lexan / Makrolon), as specified by motorsport regulations.
Glass looks nicer and is easier to clean

The point at the top of the glass where all the webs start would suggest that the glass is being broken by force on that point. It doesn’t take a lot of vibration to break household glass if it’s under a lot of stress already. Did the other windows break in the same pattern?
If they did you might want to check that point of the frame when the rubber is off and maybe widen it a little - or smooth it, or something. The rubber should provide a seal and some cushion but it’s surely too tight there.
Toughened glass would be better too.

Wow
Thanks for all the feedback - really appreciated.
So this is the second window thats split with almost an identical pattern.
From your comments it seems that this window is possibly just standard glass and what i need is reinforced glass, cut correctly to size and check thereare no sharp edges on the cut out?
Cheers

Toughened glass is what you need........... about 5 times stronger than traditional glass from the link I posted
I suggest you find a local specialist, and don't expect it to be available off the shelf
