Fuel lagoon blinds

So I checked reviews and even though the fuel lagoon Thermal blinds cost 50% more than most others they seemed to be the best quality available so I ordered a set. They turned up OK and seemed good quality and stuck on and stayed on.
However the middle (sliding door) windows and rear side window blinds seemed to be cut short by 1 inch and two inches both sides respectively.
When I emailed the problem they asked for photos which I sent and they have said they will replace the 4 short blinds but have said my van is different to the van they had in their photos, a tin top t25 and so the reason is my van not their measurement.
This seems like bull**it? I thought all t25 windows are the same size or am I wrong?

I also noticed they have listed miscut reduced price blinds for t25 on eBay..

panel vans can have any size windows in the sides after the "B" pillar , that includes many of the camper conversions that started out as panel vans .... Autosleeper , Leisuredrive, Autohomes , Reimo ect

Also early sliding door windows where longer windows. 1082mm as opposed to 1052mm for later door

That would make sense- .on the sliding door windows, the blinds are 3cm too short, so their template van must be a later model.
Thank you both, I'm glad I checked facts before Saying anything!
