Mysterious dashboard lights

I'm a newbie T25 owner and just getting to know our new van ... However I can't seem to work out what some dashboard lights do ... I have a random red and green light in the centre of the console. Without taking out the dash does anyone know what they do? Here's a photo

Port and starboard navigation lights ( they are the wrong way round though ).
