Replacing alternator belt

Ok so i need to replace the alternator belt as its a bit loose and no more adjustment.
I have a JX with double crank pulley so first have to remove the first belt. Am i right in thinking that i just need to remove/loosen the 4 bolts holding the pulley to crankshaft?
There is not loosening adjuster correct?
