Holdsworth (hard sides) roof lubrication

Just got back from a lovely week in North Norfolk and one of the things I have started to realise is the pop up roof getting a bit stiffer popping it up and down.
Anyone know what lubrication you use on these roofs and what to grease up assume the channel runners?
Or maybe it could be a case of the gas struts starting to seize with wear?

More likely gas struts , if they are white the probably original, not really anything to lubricate

I noticed at the weekend there are two channels front and back that some pins slide in on my villa 3 so worth making sure they are clean, seems I'm wrong there is some grease in there so worth a clean and some fresh grease.
