Rear Hatch Seal

Hi
Bought a pre loved tailgate surround seal.
Come to fit it and it’s way too short.
Am I missing something or have I just been short changed??

Was gonna order a new one.. need cab door seals, scrapers as well.... although they probably won’t be better quality or as good as the knackered ones I have!!!!
