Noisy tappets?

Hi all, van is currently running pretty loud and was wondering if this is noisy tappets or a sign of something else?

Could be tappet drain down. The only way to tell is to take it for a good five mile run. When did you last do an oil change?

I'll take it for a run about tomorrow. Last changed about a year ago but hasn't done much driving since <100 miles
