t25 seats to t4 captains seats

Hi Guys and Girls,
not a new topic but I'm getting totally confused. ( maybe the bad head cold isn't helping??) I have just bought a couple of late T4 (02) captain seats to fit to my T25 and they are lovely. I have been looking on here and Samba but can't seem to get a definitive answer. Seams a bit more work to fit the later ones which is fine but has anyone done this conversion. I also have a swivel base that I want to fit one to. I have the original runners with the T4 seats. Cheers in advance for and help.
