Hi,I've just bought a porsche 944 (1988) steering wheel for my 1989/90 T3.
Upon removing the Carat steering wheel,I noticed the Porsche one doesn't fit,its splined socket is a touch too big for the vw shaft.

Is there an adaptor available or is it a no no???

sounds promising,although the link took me to their home page only.I wasn't quite sure what to look under once there.
I do already have an original VW part that is a mk2 golf steering spline adaptor but that doesn't do it.(is this the same item?)

Best ring them their web site isn't great its search facility is basic, if you get the right guy when you ring they can be good, if you get the wrong guy they can be aweful and don't appear to know what they have or havent got
