Testing VSS Speed Signal
Posted: 06 Nov 2018, 19:30
Hi folks,
My current installation of a cruise control is going south.
see https://club8090.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=165875" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; (mods sorry for starting another thread..but please allow)
I have finally tracked down the problem In an attempt to get it working. I think so anyway
I have no speed signal going to it. I bought this http://www.gowesty.com/product/cruise-c ... sensor-?v=" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; rather than putting a sensor on the driveshaft at the back of the van.
Is there a way for me to test if the VSS works?? or is there an alternative to this?? Any ideas?? My speedo bounces a bit but not too bad, would that be a problem??
