Hi I got a DJ engine and it looks like someone has tried to remove the oil tube that goes into the oil filter.anyone know how I can get it back up into the engine thanks.

it just screws in by hand, if it's stiff you can get mole grips on the un threaded part, you need to remove the oil cooler first of course.

Thanks I just do not want to crush the pipe .could I use two nuts and lock them together if yes anyone know what size nuts fits it thanks.

yes you can 3/4 UNF but you may need to cut them down as the thread may not be long enough, or buy two thin oil cooler retaining nuts but they may not be thick enough, the tube is quite thick I doubt you will crush it and you can buy them if you did.

That's what I do, 3/4" UNF half nuts.
