Either will be fine, the rest of the ignition system is the same.

Grey just gave a longer service interval becuse it gives a higher voltage so can work with knackered plugs but you won't have knackered plugs will you?

Every day is a school day! Is there any benefit in the grey one even with decent plugs? To my simple brain higher voltage = bigger spark = better combustion? Not that I have any ignition problems (crosses fingers, touches wood etc), just intrigued!
