Advice on rear arch repair

After some over enthusiastic cleaning out of my rusty seams my pick has disappeared within the rear arch about 9 inches of corroded seam directly above the wheel in the panel above the inner arch which seems solid! As a temporary fix I've just filled the gap whith p40 fibre glass and cleaned out all the old sealant treat with vacant and sprayed with galvanise spray until I do a more permanent fix
Question how best to repair this panel I've repaired the opposite lower arch which had been badly dented but not sure how to approach this upper arch panel as it only appears to be the upper panel access to welding would be limited. What's my options. ?
Cheers oh and it's a westy so all wardrobe cupboards are behind so would be a pain to access from inside

My rear arch didnt look too bad...until I scratched the surface. These pictures dont include the repairs made above the jacking point either as that was a bit 'crispy' too.

Hi Dog
The panel you have mentioned for behind the sliding door rail was made and bought from metal Mickey or plasticman on here. Worth every penny as it's thicker than the original steel and I don't have any sheet metal folding equipment anyway. May have been about £50 but was a while ago so can't remember exactly.
