Replacing Speedometer from MPH to KPH.

So, i've exported my van to Spain, all going well. When i took it for the ITV (MOT)it had few expected changes needed here and there (headlights pointing the wrong direction) but also they have a problem with the units of the speedometer. it needs to indicate KMH instead of MPH. does anyone know if there is a replacement speedo face? I've had a search online and can only find a complete new speedometer unit for over £200. id like to avoid paying that much for such a trivial cause. Also, how easy is it to access the speedo face, do i need to remove the whole unit? thanks for any help.

Not sure if this would work, just replacing the dial face, worth a try?
