will the black under bumper spoiler fit metal bumper models

As per the title
Can I fit the black plastic spoiler when I have steel bumpers ?
Found a few for sale but all say plastic bumper only (WHY?)

Yes, it screws to the body.

The 5 piece spoiler as fitted to caravelle or multivan is not for the metal bumper models, you need the 3 piece spoiler that are still in production, I have a new one for sale that I will not be using.
