Test Green Label coil

Before l chuck this coil is it toast?
1 and 15 reading 1.3 ohms. Haynes reads 0.5 to 0.8 on primary
1and 4 reading not registering. I hate throwing parts in the bin

Seems l already have one 
Bracket off and to the recycle bin it goes...bugger
