If the starter motor turned over well before, then the oilite bush should be ok...
I would change this when the engine is out, during clutch change and crankcase oil seal
Starter motors are not difficult to repair, sticky solenoid, usually dirt and corroded contact plates...
However, as you do not want the starter to let you down, it is worth fitting new, and hence the oilite bearing...
