Clutch - Mileage lifespan on a T25?

What is the general mileage clutch lifespan on a T25? Not driving in a constant hilly area fairly flat (IE not highlands) driving. I have had my Holdsworth 12 years and looking through the receipts I can find a former keeper receipt stating replaced clutch when the reconditioned engine was installed, that was 45,000 miles ago.
I can change through forward gears fine, though I do get a judder when reversing, (though think that something different IE mount bolt). Though my bite point is fairly high.

12 years on one clutch is impressive, I'll say that.

I suppose I haven't given clutch mega gyp. My driving has been mainly usual flat driving, as I don't live in a hilly area. However, I was wondering if Clutch requires doing that would an engine drop out clutch and new say (VW Speed shop S/S exhaust) fitting be all feasible at the same time, ie 2 birds with one stone?

Ok thanks. Maybe looks like I might have a few years left on my mine. Another 10,000 will probably equate to another 3 years for me!

the thing is it really depends on how it was driven and if you have a oil leak in the clutch area.
dropping the gearbox and changing clutch is quite an easy job relatively.
