I've searched all over but can't find a definitive answer.......what bulbs are used in the front indicators for a 1982 T3 Transporter? A lot of places mention a 21W bulb, are these the same that can be obtained at Halfords?

Thanks in advance

Yes, standard 21w bayonet cap bulb. Also used for hi intensity rear lights.

Increasingly, the 21 watt bulb is disappearing from many places - including most petrol stations and tool shops. This I am told, is due to the fact most modern cars involve removing panels & trim to change a bulb and more owners than ever now book the car into a garage to have them swapped out. Duh.

Little wonder then that there are so many vehicles with missing or badly set up lights. For us it just involves a few screws but our vehicles were designed by humans, not computers.
