Alternator bolts ?

OK, sound easy but ??????????/
one of the alternator bolts is missing, the one that bolts it to the engine.
two questions
What size bolt do I need
How the heck do you get the bolt in !
It looks impossible without dismantling the pipe that runs across nearby.
Maybe there is a short cut ?
