I've recently bought a t25 t3 Devon moonraker and on the top of the dash at the front is something that resembles a walky talky but it has a pull out arm with a switch on that says fan and heat. When I press fan it blows cold air through, when I switch it to heat it heats up but starts to smell. I havent a clue what it is, just wondered if anybody could help

Had one of them in mine and the cigarette lighter it was plugged into got really hot so binned it.If I remember right the lead was quite thick so I reckon it drew a lot of power.
