I've been offered a syncro without OE diff locks.

Is it feasible to retrofit them?

Considering the cost of buying a complete working difflock transmission, all the controls, and the time to fit it all, the difflock-less van would have to have a lot else going for it..

Feasible, definitely, 'cos they made the majority of them with one if not two, but as Andy says, could get a shade expensive...

Perfectly feasible, but you will require a diff lock gearbox and all it's ancillaries (vacuum unit etc.) and matching front diff with diff lock if required, plus the diff lock switches, vacuum loom and some additional dash wiring from a scrapped van - I've done it but I had already got the boxes and all the bits before I bought a van with no difflocks that had that something extra going for it - big metal sunroof power steering and a £1200 price tag.
The non difflock boxes can be used as parts donors to repair broken diff lock boxes or as emergency swap outs when required.
