Are these a direct replacement? ie. Do they fit straight in the existing bolt holes? No drilling?

I have to fold my mirrors in every time I drive into my driveway because it's narrow, then I have to do the whole adjustment thing, I resisted these for 10 years because I didn't think they looked as good, then I realised I was wasting my time for the sake of appearance, now they are on I don't even notice any difference in appearance and I'm not going back.
adjust them set them then fold in and out with ease.
They are harder to judge distance that's the only drawback but you can at least see the kerb and everything behind, no blind spots
