Seat Belt Fixings

Hi All
Hope all of you had a good Xmas, and a good break.
Am after a bit of info please
I have a 1984 petrol water cooled, VW Holdsworth conversion "Villa 3", Pop Top
I want to fit 2 rear seat belts, as my son wants to use van for holidays, and now has a baby of 9 months old. I think I can only fit 1 lap belt and 1 shoulder belt, but am happy to be advised otherwise. I have looked in the Wiki, and read up various details etc. As the van has been converted from new, I was let to believe that the seat belt fixings would be in place.
However I am not sure if this is the case or not.
Has anyone got a similar van and gone through this exercise, and could confirm if the fixings are there or not, as it is not obvious when looking.
Also If you had these fitted how much would a reasonable cost be for this please.
Many Thanks to anyone who replies with details etc, and also a thank you to all the people who run this site, behind the scenes who do a fantastic job which is the best in miles for related T25 queries/Info.
Regards
LLoyd
